Remote Assistance
GotoAssist will allow us to work together on your machine through the internet. Once a connection is established, you may allow us to view your machine, provide fixes or show you specific operations. For each remote session, you will have to 1) Initiate the session, 2) Provide a new 9 digit support key (provided to you) and 3) Give permission to view your screen.
